Baptism in The Holy Spirit means you are now Spirit-Filled, and manifest by praying in other tongues is for every1one who thirsts.
Whenever we received The InFilling of The Holy Spirit in the past or recently or want to receive, should speak to God in tongues daily and often to build ourself up, edify, encourage, and improve oneself by God The Holy Ghost Who is uttering secret truths, witness of Jesus, comfort, counsel, help, intercession, strength, guidance, and declarations of things to come.
Some of us who have been Spirit-Filled, can increase drawing close to God again by praying effectually and fervently by The Holy Ghost in other tongues which leads to flowing in miracles, signs, wonders, manifestations of visions, dreams, and interpretations.
